The American Children’s Society’s, Donate a Car For Charity program, allows you to receive the Highest Tax Deduction possible. In some cases you may deduct the Fair Market Value! This is because we take great care in handling your donation. At the time of your contribution the car will be towed away free of charge and you will receive an IRS tax form and a charity receipt. Additionally, working with us avoids the hassles associated with selling an automobile such as: strangers at your home, advertising costs, and simply not finding a buyer for your vehicle.

  • Can’t be there for the pickup, most of our repeat donors leave the title and keys in a pre-arranged location. We will then leave your paperwork in a mailbox or location of choice.
  • Free towing
  • No title, no problem (additional paperwork may be required)
  • IRS forms and charity receipt given at pickup

  • We accept all cars and truck donations in ANY condition

  • We accept most boat and RV donations

Who Do We Help When Donating a Car?

Donate a Car For Charity benefits the American Children’s Society, a NY non-profit organization that provides temporary financial assistance to families with children undergoing treatment for cancer. We exist entirely on public support and do not receive any federal or state grants or loans. The society was created to enhance the existing social service programs that most often take too long to respond.
